We are hiring an Associate Digital Marketing Manager who will help lead the execution of our full funnel digital campaigns to support our product launches and e-commerce strategy in both Canada and the U.S. This is an incredible opportunity to shape the future of the brand in an exciting consumer category that is booming and do so in a fast paced, start-up environment.
We are looking for a digital marketer who is technical, results oriented, highly analytical with demonstrated experience managing, executing and scaling digital and e-commerce campaigns with proven results.
Key Accountabilities of the Role:
As Partake Brewing’s Associate Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Planning, execution and management of acquisition campaigns across various channels
- Scaling campaigns and optimizing profitability
- Analyzing and measuring the effectiveness of existing campaigns via performance data analytics
- Contributing to the content development for target consumers including creative assets and copy coordination
- Identifying areas of opportunity for testing, implementing, and monitoring those tests and reporting results to stakeholders
- Working with E-Commerce /Growth Marketing Manager to implement and test new advertising channels and creative strategies
- Managing website updates, optimization and back end
- Optimization of accounts in-house (Google, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Communicating with agency partners as required
Knowledge and Skills Requirement
3+ years of Digital Marketing and eCommerce experience
· You’re an expert with Google AdWords, Analytics and all social platforms
· You are experienced with SEO, SEM and email marketing
· Shopify Plus experience an asset
· Highly proficient in Excel, as well as a strong grasp of funnel analytics, A/B testing, and metrics driven performance marketing
· Exceptional ability to think creatively, identify and solve problems
· Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced start-up environment
· Start-up and CPG experience is an asset

To be successful in this role, you likely:
- Have 3+ years of experience in campaign marketing, overseeing the funnel from start to finish
- Possess extensive experience in planning, creating, and executing content campaigns, online events, and other non-PPC digital campaigns
- Are proud of past wins where you’ve generated a large number of consistent, relevant leads that increase conversion from free to paid accounts
- Consider yourself technical. You probably have a working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and can fully manage and analyze your own campaigns and tracking code
- Love data, and believe strongly in data-driven decision making

We’re hiring a Growth Hacker to help support our company’s goal of delivering best in class digital experiences for our customers and partners. IN THIS ROLE YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Define, Create and Run Experiments to improve Top of the Funnel Conversions and Growth OKRs across various channels (Paid, Organic, Partner, etc.)
- Design, Build and Test new Landing Page content, templates and experiences (we use Google optimize, Unbounce)
- Explore new strategies and ways to drive activation, engagement, retention for Thinking Capital’s Product ecosystem
- Define ways to personalize user experiences to delight customers from onboarding to activation
