Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Accounting Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing accounting activities, financial reporting, budgeting, and auditing processes. The Accounting Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Responsibilities:
– Manage accounting functions, including general ledger maintenance, accounts receivable and payable, and payroll processing
– Prepare financial statements and reports for senior management
– Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations
– Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits
– Analyze financial data and provide insights to help drive business decisions
– Supervise a team of accounting professionals and provide guidance on complex accounting issues

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
– Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred
– 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
– Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards

– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
