- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.

Compensation and benefits:
- Salary range of $80,000 $100,000 base, depending on experience.
- Uncapped commission structure with significant earning potential. Guaranteed commission bridge structure in 1st year. 1st year OTE of $135,000 – $155,000.
