Executive Producer – Geared Content Studios

If you’re passionate about content and finding ways to merge brand/product messaging with great story telling, we want to talk to you. VerticalScope is looking for an Executive Producer for Geared Content Studios. We want someone who will take charge of our content studio, work with our existing roster of clients and push us into the next level, with new ideas, new productions and new relationships.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee all of production and development for Geared Content Studios, from initial brainstorm meeting to final delivery and content distribution.
  • Work with our sales team to pitch new projects and attend in-person meetings with agencies and clients.
  • Function as an on-the-ground producer to ensure productions are executed on time and within budget.
  • Hire and manage casting directors, video editors, ACs, directors of photography, graphic designers, PAs, and all other staff involved in production.
  • Manage a growing team to ensure that the standard of excellence for which Geared Content Studios is known exceeds client expectations.
  • Oversee scripts and treatments, production schedules, and perform any other duties, small or large, necessary to get a project sold and delivered.
  • Organize resources required for production (equipment, locations, production insurance, casting).
  • Track estimated expenses during pre, pro, and post to ensure we are coming in at budget.
  • Work with internal legal affairs to negotiate talent contracts, production insurance, production releases, SOWs, etc.
  • The position is client facing and is generally one of the main points of contact with the client & agency during the development, production and distribution of custom content.

Vos responsabilités
  • Diriger des projets et des programmes interfonctionnels tout au long de l’année de façon autonome
  • Établir des relations de travail solides avec les équipes interfonctionnelles pour comprendre les lancements de produits et de prix et procéder à la mise en marché
  • Gérer et rédiger plusieurs communications au sein de nos réseaux de ventes et des différentes catégories de produit du segment affaires
  • Collaborer avec les parties prenantes à l’interne et à l’externe pour créer et améliorer des documents de vente destinés à la mise en marché, des formations et des présentations pour les clients internes et externes
  • Travailler avec les équipes du segment affaires pour créer et améliorer les stratégies touchant la commercialisation de la gamme de produits IdO dans les pages numériques de TELUS
  • Maintenir vos connaissances aiguisées sur les clients de l’IdO, la concurrence, les tendances du marché, la technologie, les offres ainsi que les stratégies et les capacités de l’équipe
  • Présenter les plans et les résultats aux équipes de la direction
Qualifications


Vous êtes la pièce manquante du casse-tête
  • Au moins cinq ans d’expérience progressive en marketing interentreprises, en communications marketing, en gestion des produits, en consultation auprès de gestionnaires ou dans un rôle connexe
  • Diplôme universitaire en affaires, en commerce, en ingénierie ou en communications; les candidats et candidates qui sont titulaires d’un diplôme non mentionné, mais qui possèdent de l’expérience pertinente sont encouragés à soumettre leur candidature
  • Capacité de gérer des projets et des collaborateurs de manière efficace et autonome
  • Expérience pertinente en gestion d’activités et de projets de marketing dans le domaine de la technologie
  • Grande capacité à transformer des concepts d’affaires en histoires intéressantes
  • Esprit attentif, respect et capacité de bâtir rapidement des relations interfonctionnelles à TELUS et avec les fournisseurs partenaires

We’re looking for an Associate (internship position) with a passion for digital. The position will expose the candidate to the world of digital advertising (PPC campaigns, Facebook Ads Manager, Programmatic Display Advertising, Audience Management, Analytics and more!). This position will also give exposure to managing campaigns on TRADER’s advertising platform.

Responsibilities will include analyzing data, QA campaigns for setup accuracy, tracking and tagging accuracy, preparing performance review presentations, management and tracking of KPIs, optimizing key accounts, providing weekly reports, and presenting strategic recommendations.


What you’ll do…


Campaign Management:
planning, creating and managing ad campaigns. Conduct in-depth optimization of campaigns to ensure campaign deliveries are within acceptable KPI range. Perform regular account analysis for key improvement areas and provide actionable insights. Develop optimization schedule and process for our clients.


Reporting:
Monitor, review and report on ad campaign performance. Produce miscellaneous reports aligned to the business.


Stakeholder Managements:
Support intern account and sales team in client relationship management by participating in client account reviews with the team, presenting insights and help in giving direction to meet client’s goals. Making proactive recommendations to clients and Trader Sales reps for potential improvement and help clients meet their objectives. Develop custom campaigns according to client objectives.


Testing & Continuous Improvement:
Develop testing/optimization process to improve effectiveness of the team and program.


What you bring to the table…

  • High level of proficiency with the internet and MS Office (particularly Excel); demonstrated proficiency with Web-based applications; and knowledge of Web analytics software tools.
  • Knowledgeable about the latest trends in the search engine industry.
  • Having certifications is a plus (Google Adwords Certification, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Ability to provide executive level reporting on financial metrics and KPI’s for a team.
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills; the ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization.
