JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

E-commerce orders fulfillment

· Locating and extracting merchandise from shelves and storage areas

· Packing the merchandise for delivery

· Finalizing the work order and update the inventory database

· Confirming merchandise information matches that of the order.

· Inspecting the merchandise for damage, flaws, and irregularities

· Work collaboratively with marketing and sales teams

· Manage all supplies needed to process order packing.

· Organize the space to increase efficiency.

· All other duties or projects as assigned

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to lift heavy objects

· Ability to stand or walk for up to 8-hours a day

Day in the Life:

Looking for a motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and accuracy who is adept at analysing financial results. The successful candidate will be a key part of the FP&A team and will be supporting period end processing of month end direct entries, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and ad hoc analysis related to sales and inventory. The work will involve carrying out trend analysis to assist in forecasting sales and gross profit, tracking and reporting inventory receipts, and end of period variance analysis against plan and last year.

What You Will Do:

  • Perform periodic variance analysis and provide explanation of material variances and evaluate impacts to future months’ forecast
  • Provide periodic expense reports to business partners in a timely manner with relevant narrative on key variances
  • Identify and analyze key cost drivers and metrics to aid in monthly expense reviews and with an aim to improve forecast and plan capabilities
  • Support the month end close process to ensure accurate financial statements
  • Engage business partners to review periodic expense reports and understand causes of key variances
  • Support the annual budgeting process through budget model creation, data solicitation, and challenging underlying assumptions

  • Professional accounting designation or working towards
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience as a Financial Analyst with a strong work ethic

The Operations Supervisor – Ecommerce will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of bluboho.com. This role will lead a team that will provide a unique guest experience to our online guests, while maintaining operational excellence for our online business. The Operations Supervisor – Ecommerce will work closely with the Ecommerce Manager to ensure the team is supporting the execution of the overall ecommerce and digital strategy.

  • Conduct daily start-up meetings to establish and assign daily duties/assignments and workload to team members accordingly; empowering the team by delegating tasks

  • Train web connectors in the proper execution of standard operating procedures (SOP’s) for our online store
  • Ensure team is following all SOP’s and verify the accuracy and completeness of all guest communications, order fulfilment, stock transfers to stores and online exchanges

  • Develop and implement strategies to promote guest outreach by the team
  • Inventory management; collaboratively perform bi-annual inventory counts, weekly cycle counts and restocking lists with the team, communicating all discrepancies with the marketing/production team
  • Product profile management; creating new profiles, updating, and reviewing older product, ship date management
  • Monitor progress of orders and identify opportunities while proactively addressing and resolving alongside your team to ensure the guest experience is always top of mind
  • Prepare and generate the daily productivity reports, monitoring and reporting to the Ecommerce Manager on the key performance indicators (KPI’s)
  • Supplies and shipment packaging management
  • Lead the recruitment for new web store team members; having foresight into staffing needs and creating a talent pipeline to support
  • Coach, manage, mentor and onboard new and existing team members to ensure that they succeed, including identifying and developing internal talent for the future
  • Implementing departmental training and job rotation activities, initiate plans to motivate team members, administer performance management (coaching and accountability)

What you’ll bring:

Required:

  • Minimum 2 years Ecommerce and Retail Management experience
  • Experience using the Shopify/Shopify Plus platform
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and relationship management skills, with the ability to lead/collaborate with direct reports and cross-functional teams
  • Strong organization skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and effectively communicate in a challenging, fast-paced environment

Digital Coordinator – Timberland Tree

You’ll be a trusted member of our team reporting to Director Sales.
