Industrial

  • Tracking vacant parcels of land
  • Learn the daily operations of leasing and selling of warehouses and industrial land
  • Conduct and verify research, providing support for the brokers
  • Gathering market information and provide support for the industrial team
  • Support proposal process
  • Manage the database of property owners and reach out to new and potential clients
  • Participate in weekly team meetings, intern meetings and mentor/mentee meetings

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Currently enrolled in post-secondary education in Management, Commerce, Economics, or Business Administration, etc.
  • Experience in the commercial real estate sector is an asset
  • Must be currently enrolled in university or college
  • Interpersonal, articulate, responsive, and highly organized.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to learn quickly and be highly motivated to seek out answers.
