Key Responsibilities:
– Assisting with recruitment and selection processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
– Onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions
– Managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
– Assisting with performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to employees
– Maintaining HR records and files in compliance with regulations
– Assisting with HR projects and initiatives, as required
– Providing HR support and advice to employees and managers

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
– Minimum of 3 years of HR experience
– Experience with recruitment and selection processes
– Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficiency in MS Office applications
