Conceptualize and initiate creative projects. Provide direction to marketing resources to produce and implement the following for campaigns, including:

Coordinate and provide direction to primary point(s) of contact at KAR Global locations to ensure that all marketing campaigns are properly delivered and executed.

Interact regularly with customers, buyers, and sellers, to better understand their needs and advocate development of integrated business strategies that build stronger customer loyalty.

Prepare and present regular marketing update to management, outlining new or upcoming programs and communicate tactics that will be executed.

Ensure that KAR Global’s brand and corporate identity system are incorporated into all marketing initiatives developed and/or executed at KAR Global locations.

Assist with other marketing projects as assigned, including but not limited to: competitive research, strategic planning, project management and event marketing.

Educational Requirements & Qualifications:

The Responsibilities:

  • Lead Canadian Digital Marketing Operations; includes CRM/Data management, digital marketing solutions, and social media/website maintenance and compliance
  • Manage and execute email marketing and ensure alignment of calendar strategy with business priorities. (Management includes reporting)
  • Lead Canada’s first party data collection through always on tactics (Brand Acts, Subscribe Forms, Partnership Programs, Retail Sweeps). Includes establishing data goals & reporting on data.
  • Leverage data and metrics to optimize and improve performance
  • Lead social media management and manage social consumer care agencies
  • Conduct competitive digital reviews and identify new program opportunities
