Job Description
Our company is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
– Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary
– Answering and directing phone calls and emails
– Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
– Coordinating travel arrangements for employees
– Assisting with scheduling meetings and appointments
– Preparing and formatting documents, reports, and presentations
– Providing general administrative support to all departments as needed
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
– 2+ years of experience in an office administration role
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
