  • Partner with localization program managers, localization & QA engineers, and development teams to ensure linguistic quality and launch readiness
  • Proactively identify localization issues and customer-facing risks, engage with corporate and in-country partner teams to drive solutions, and escalate where needed.
  • Analyze customer feedback, analytics, and team data to continually improve our Canadian French content experience.
  • Contribute to cross-language editorial initiatives that improve consistency, efficiency, and impact at scale.

A day in the life
You’ll work closely with fellow editors, program managers, and software and QA engineers to shape the Amazon Devices customer experience in Canadian French. Your day may include localizing high-visibility content for Alexa or Fire TV, or marketing copy for the next product detail page on our website, leading vendor meetings, running linguistic quality reviews, updating the Canadian French style guide, or validating terminology for an unreleased device. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that thrives on quality, clarity, and customer obsession.
