Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Toronto, ON
Salary: $15 – $18 an hour
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through phone, email, and online chat. The main duties include resolving customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing product information.
Key Responsibilities:
– Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat
– Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
– Processing orders and refunds
– Providing product information and recommendations
– Updating customer accounts with relevant information
– Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:

– 2+ years of customer service experience
