- Manage marketing strategy for North American and Global Wealth and Asset Management divisions, connecting all paid digital media effectively.
- Work closely with market segment teams and creative agencies to develop and implement digital media strategies and goals, focusing on targeting, platforms, formats, and budget.
- Analyze and apply industry trends, performance data, and other resources to advise on strategy, audience development, test & learn opportunities, optimizations, and measurement.
- Track, share, and manage timelines across the team, ensuring the subject matter experts (SMEs) have the support and tools they need to succeed.
- Help optimize processes to improve campaign efficiency and guide platforms for various media channels.
- Provide feedback to partner teams on tooling needs for campaign planning and execution efficiency.
- Develop a comprehensive reporting framework to gain advanced insights into the efficiency of each media platform, both individually and holistically.

What We Are Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience working in digital media across all channels (search, social, programmatic, video, etc.)
- Google Ads Certification (Search, display, video)
- Experience leading and planning multi-channel media for large budgets
- Proven hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Marketing Platform, and understanding of additional channels
- Strong understanding of media performance measurement (e.g. MMM or MTA) and web analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, GA4)
- Experience in financial services is a plus for planning and implementing campaigns
- Proficient in successfully running and presenting with various international collaborators
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable gathering and digesting data, and analyzing large datasets across various media platforms
