Mosaic is currently looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst to help turn data into insight and recommendations for our clients. The analysis will inform decision making at a tactical and strategic level around targeting, investment planning, media mix, and other business needs.
The Analyst understands marketing service offerings and knows how to leverage data to help solve client business problems and will work with internal and client teams across North America.
The Analyst will be responsible for managing measurement programs from the planning to the execution stage. They will evaluate the impact of marketing activations across consumer touchpoints and build data-driven marketing solutions with a focus on driving measurable value for clients.
Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
- Design and execute campaign measurement analysis that uncovers consumer behaviour across marketing channels and provide recommendations for optimization.
- This includes social analytics, programmatic, influencer, DOOH, CRM, web, and sales/conversion.
- Help transform marketing plans into KPI-focused measurement plans which consider client business and marketing objectives.
- Manage media and website tagging/pixeling (incl. building UTM codes & using Google Tag Manager)
- Work with the media team to track, measure, evaluate, and optimize performance of digital marketing programs and initiatives
- Analyze sales trends through test vs. control, actuals vs. projections, and other approaches to understand program lift/impact.
- Leverage complex datasets into easy-to-understand insights and visualizations.
- Effectively present data driven results, insights and recommendations to internal and client teams, both verbally and visually.
- Bring new thinking and knowledge to the team to help grow our capabilities, improve our services, and expand our business.
Qualifications
- You have 2+ years of digital analytics and marketing experience.
- You have expert knowledge and use of various digital analytics platforms/tools (such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Adwords, Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics).
- You have experience working with web analytics setup and implementing tag management solutions such as Google Tag Manager.
- You are an advanced Excel user and can systematically manage multiple datasets.
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio, is an asset.
- Competency in SPSS or Python is an asset.
- You have a strong data analytics and strategy background; and the ability to identify and communicate insights and recommendations.
- You have a bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, economics, mathematics, or another other quantitative discipline. Numbers are at the centre of everything we do.
- You take initiative on projects and drive them through to completion, working in teams and independently.
- You are a reliable self-starter with attention to detail and passion for quality.
- You have strong interpersonal and decision-making skills.
- You can manage multiple workloads effectively as well as timelines and expectations.
- You have the confidence to tap into the wider Mosaic team for guidance and support where necessary.
