- Provide onsite and remote IT support for all MiQ Staff and systems across our Canadian offices, and at times, other regions
- Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose and solve hardware/software faults
- Manage support tickets via Jira Ticketing System
- Ensuring conference room solutions are fully functional
- Support with Team Canada events including internal and client events
- Onboarding and offboarding of users
- Understand WiFI networks and resolving network issues
- Assisting with software deployment, security updates and patches
- Managing MiQ assets via our Asset Management Solution
- Administering devices via our MDM solution
In person office attendance 3 days per week (Tues-Thurs – Subject to change as required)Project and Implementations
- Provide support on IT projects
- Collaborate with global teams
- Communicate changes effectively to local markets
Training and Development
- Assist users in developing their IT knowledge
- Help to produce training materials on existing tools and work with L&D teams to communicate with end users
Asset Management and Procurement
- Manage company assets
- Onboarding new hardware
- Assist with device recycling programs
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 1 years experience in technical support role
- Experience working with MDM and Anti-virus solutions
- Experience working with SaaS apps (Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom, etc.)
- Experience working with both Windows and MacOS
- Ability to work with global teams of 1000+ employees
- Knowledge of workplace communication technologies
