  • Liaise with live music promoter contacts and manage the company’s concert ticket buys and distribution
  • Work with our corporate travel agency to manage booking, coordinating and payment of our teams’ staff and artist promotional travel needs
  • Work with our radio promotions team on weekly chart and data reports as well as servicing music to radio stations
  • Assist the Vice President of Marketing with various weekly administrative tasks including expenses, calendar management and weekly sales reporting.
  • Attend key department meetings to document and circulate recap notes as well as key action items.

It would be music to our ears if you had:

  • 2 years’ experience working in corporate financial record keeping
