As an Inside Sales / Technical Sales Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting the commercial sales team – assisting with quotes, project coordination, and customer support. You’ll gain exposure to the technical side of acoustics and design while learning how to manage complex projects across North America.
It’s a great fit for someone who’s detail-oriented, communicative, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotes, estimates, and proposals for acoustic treatment solutions
  • Review and submit customer purchase orders for processing
  • Provide technical product support and help customers find the best solution for their space
  • Support project coordination, ensuring all documentation and timelines are accurate
  • Collaborate with internal teams across sales, operations, and marketing to streamline processes
  • Stay current on product updates and contribute to improving internal tools and workflows

What You Bring

  • 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or project coordination (internship experience welcome)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple priorities
  • Comfortable learning technical concepts – training provided
  • Interest or background in architecture, building materials, design, or audio/acoustics is an asset
  • Team player who enjoys working collaboratively while taking ownership of results
