As an Inside Sales / Technical Sales Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting the commercial sales team – assisting with quotes, project coordination, and customer support. You’ll gain exposure to the technical side of acoustics and design while learning how to manage complex projects across North America.

- Prepare quotes, estimates, and proposals for acoustic treatment solutions
- Review and submit customer purchase orders for processing
- Provide technical product support and help customers find the best solution for their space
- Support project coordination, ensuring all documentation and timelines are accurate
- Collaborate with internal teams across sales, operations, and marketing to streamline processes
- Stay current on product updates and contribute to improving internal tools and workflows
What You Bring
- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or project coordination (internship experience welcome)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple priorities
- Comfortable learning technical concepts – training provided
- Interest or background in architecture, building materials, design, or audio/acoustics is an asset
- Team player who enjoys working collaboratively while taking ownership of results
