Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional Media & Marketing Manager to lead Tier 2 (Ad Group) Planning and Strategy for the South. This role is essential in driving our marketing initiatives across various media platforms, ensuring a cohesive and effective approach to reach our target audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive media strategies that encompass Digital, Social, Video, TV, Radio, Auto Shows, and Events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and align marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and audiences for targeted media outreach.
- Present media plans and strategies to stakeholders, articulating objectives, methodologies, and expected outcomes.
- Manage and optimize media budgets to ensure cost-effective marketing initiatives while maximizing ROI.
- Stay abreast of media trends and innovations to continually enhance the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in media planning and strategy development, preferably in a regional or multi-market context.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a knack for storytelling.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, alongside a passion for media innovation.
