  • Conduct weekly digital reporting for O&O channels with the aim of analysing campaign metrics to provide optimisation recommendations
  • Support budget control reporting
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure accuracy of creative messaging across channels
  • Liaise with external media agency to aid campaign execution
  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing team
  • Additional duties as required

Media scheduling

  • Traffic in-house promotional assets across digital inventory (web and mobile)
  • Traffic in-house radio campaigns (terrestrial & digital)
  • Schedule US cable avails
  • Support On-Air Promotions team where required
  • Initiate promo delivery notes and requests based on upcoming content priorities
  • Attend weekly Production Meetings
  • Additional duties as required

Key qualifications

  • Functional knowledge of media campaign frameworks for multi-channel execution
  • Previous exposure to digital media planning and buying
  • Experience with data tools and customer segmentation as the basis for discovering insights
  • Experience with platforms such as Numeris, Comscore and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of media formats from publishers such as Google, Bing, Meta, Twitter, and TikTok etc.
  • Post-secondary education in Business / Marketing / Media / a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in using Excel and PowerPoint

  • Plan production for our state-of-the-art facilities to ensure that appropriate inventory levels are planned and maintained, in order to provide outstanding service to our customers; taking corrective action when inventories are long or short
  • Manage short term and long-term manufacturing capacities; identifies issues, bottlenecks and opportunities through regular participation in S&OP cycle.

  • 3+ years in a Supply Planning or similarly related experience within Supply Chain Planning (Demand Planning, Master Production Scheduling, etc.) in a CPG environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance or a related field and/or professional designation in Supply Chain preferred
  • Knowledge of and experience with SAP-IBP and PowerBI; experience with IBP Inventory Optimization (IO), IBP S&OP and IBP Response and Supply is an advantage
  • Demonstrated proficiency in statistics, planning and inventory management methods with an understanding of their financial and operational impacts.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, as well as experience with data management – Proven ability to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions and recommendations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are also essential to effectively interact with all teams, areas and levels of business affecting the supply planning process.
