As a Presentation Specialist, Institutional Asset Management, you will serve as a member of our dynamic and high-performing team working on developing visually engaging presentations for institutional client meetings and internal strategy sessions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with investment professionals to ensure accuracy and relevance, utilizing advanced data visualization techniques to simplify complex financial information. Responsibilities include maintaining brand consistency, managing multiple projects to meet deadlines, and contributing to the preparation of customized Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) under regulatory compliance. Develop visually engaging presentations for client/prospect meetings, internal strategy sessions, and marketing initiatives. Collaborate with investment professionals to gather data and insights, ensuring that presentations are accurate, relevant, and aligned with the firm’s messaging. Utilize advanced data visualization techniques to present complex financial information in an easily digestible format.Brand consistency and quality assurance.
