As Senior Director, Customer Marketing at Ada, you are always thinking about our clients – their point of view, their needs, their interests and their stories. Your primary responsibility is to secure net dollar retention and drive expansion opportunities across client accounts by overseeing and coordinating all customer-facing marketing activities and campaigns. However, beyond that, you care deeply about Ada’s reputation in the market, and working with our clients to herald their stories and success, broadly and across all channels. You bring deep experience building out communities, both for customer engagement, as well as for brand equity in the market. You have straddled both the CX and Marketing function and understand the KPIs for both teams, and the tools and protocols needed to achieve them. You are results oriented, and while you are able to move fast, you hold yourself accountable to stretch, and measurable targets.

    • You have the ability to write effective copy; graphic design capabilities are a plus.
    • You are familiar with B2B marketing, lead generation, and sales processes.

CRM and Lifecycle Marketing (30%)

You will support the Senior Marketing Manager in the design, development and delivery of best in class lifecycle marketing strategies and tactics through all lifecycle stages including onboarding, growth, retention, and winback communications. You will support the Senior Marketing Manager in the design and developing of new marketing automation/triggered messages to help maximize share of wallet and retention. You will help explore new tools and programs within the online and offline technology space in an effort to innovate the field of CRM and one-to-one marketing. You will collaborate with business leadership and stakeholders to develop CRM solutions in support of new and innovative business initiatives to drive product sales. You will support the design and development of new and innovative best in class client programs and promotions.

Product and Channel Support (50%)

You will lead and manage client communication plans including criteria and timelines for the product team for new product releases, enhancement, process changes and notifications through email, inbox, push and contact centers. You will work with product team to understand the impact of any new product and service on various client segments and recommend the optimum targeted customer communication strategy through various channels.

Reporting and Insights (20%)

You will support the Senior Marketing Manager with direct reporting and post deployment analysis of implemented programs and communications. What You’ll Be Doing

As a Bilingual Regional Marketing Consultant within the Wealth Marketing & Communications team, you will be a key member of the Advisor Marketing team in providing comprehensive marketing and communications support to more than 1000 Advisors across Canada. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Advisor Marketing your role will act as the primary contact and consultant for Private Wealth Advisors and branches within specific regions in Canada, to develop and implement Advisor’s client facing marketing plans and initiatives supporting the overall growth of the business.

Please note, this role can be performed out of Toronto or Montreal.

How You’ll Succeed

Relationship Management

With a regional scope servicing approximately 220 PWM Advisors you will engage on marketing communication support while developing key relationships with Advisory teams and branch stakeholders. You will ensure daily relations with key regional governance teams including compliance, RST and Business risk to ensure Advisor collateral and communications are compliant and approval workflow is maintained.

Marketing Delivery

Lead the delivery of small to mid scale marketing programs for the Advisor channel and manage the assets and delivery of marketing materials with a focus on digital. This includes liaising with Advisory teams and internal agency partners in the creation of, but not limited to: Advisor ads, websites, brochures, profile sheets, advertorials, media requests, newsletters, eDirects, blogs, podcasts, invitations, presentations, evites, ecards and templates. Maintaining KPIs and communicating results is key to success.

Marketing Planning

Work collaboratively, often as a subject matter expert, across Marketing teams and other lines of business and departments, on larger scale marketing programs and act as key support to the Senior Manager in annual marketing planning/objective setting.
