  • Creative Digital Asset Management & Oversight:
  • Lead the creation and management of high-quality digital assets, including visuals, UI components, and interactive elements, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
  • Develop and implement efficient workflows for asset creation, approval, and deployment to maintain consistency and streamline production.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of assets into digital products and campaigns.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize asset performance, staying current with design trends and emerging technologies.

What you will bring:

  • +8 years of experience in digital design, UX, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated experience using data to drive design decisions and enhance user engagement.
  • Proficiency with data analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Quantum Metric) and design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and human-centered design.
  • Experience with A/B testing, user testing, and other methodologies to validate design solutions.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data insights into compelling, user-friendly digital experiences.
  • Familiarity with data visualization and reporting techniques.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and advocate for user-centric design.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and guiding them through data-driven creative processes.
  • Passion for innovative design thinking and a strong portfolio demonstrating data-driven design projects.
