Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent required
– Previous customer service experience preferred
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Detail-oriented with a positive attitude
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
