The Superintendent I is responsible for daily supervision and performance management of direct reports to ensure branch goals are met efficiently and effectively. Training needs of the branch should be met in order to support the overall success of the team.
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within a designated territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong drive for results, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for building relationships with customers.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory
– Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis
– Provide exceptional customer service and support
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions
Qualifications:
– Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment
– Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
– Strong ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with customers
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
