  • Develop and refine the client-centric value proposition for Commercial Banking clients across all geographies.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and internal performance reviews to inform positioning, differentiation, and product-service alignment.
  • Support segmentation strategies by aligning value propositions to the distinct needs and expectations of target client groups.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and digital teams to shape messaging and go-to-market plans.
  • Translate complex solutions into client-friendly narratives, use cases, and proof points that demonstrate business value.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between value proposition and delivery experience.
  • Create and maintain tools such as personas, segment maps, and value story libraries that bring client insights to life.
  • Track adoption and performance of value propositions using KPIs and client feedback to guide iterations.
  • Work with sales and frontline teams to articulate and embed value propositions into client conversations, onboarding and relationship management practices.
  • Develop tools and training materials to enable frontline teams to communicate value clearly and consistently.
  • Stay current on industry trends, client behavior shifts, and innovations that may shape the evolution of the bank’s offering.
  • Collaborate with Risk and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies (e.g., KYC, AML) safeguarding the bank’s reputation and client relationships.
  • Liaises with business teams in 14 countries across Latin America and the Caribbean.
  • Oversees Value Proposition best practices adoption and IB-wide alignment across regions
  • Responsible for a portfolio of KPIs, reporting and data management initiatives encompassing multiple channels, segments, and products, focused around Value Proposition
  • Contributes to large, complex projects and initiatives spanning numerous IB Markets, business lines and functional areas, and involving large numbers of resources with diverse skills, abilities, backgrounds, and competencies.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or a related discipline; MBA or Postgraduate specialization in marketing, strategy or international business is a plus.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Marketing, Product Management, Value Proposition.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Banking or Financial Services is desirable. Alternatively, experience working in Multinationals with focus on Marketing or Product or Value Proposition.
  • Familiarity with customer segmentation models, needs-based design, and product-market fit validation approaches.
  • Proven ability to convert client insights and data into compelling value narratives and positioning.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working across product, sales, digital, and marketing teams.
  • Demonstrated experience working in Latin America and/or the Caribbean.
  • Comfortable navigating matrixed organizations and building consensus with diverse stakeholders.
  • Full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish.
