The Dispatch & Scale Clerk’s primary objective is the successful and safe shipment of materials to the customer.   • Proactively communicate customer, transport and system issues with LM, sales and back-office to ensure timely resolution.
  • Collect money for cash sales and reconciles against register as prescribed by control procedures.
  • Administer resale ticket entry into APEX system in a timely and accurate fashion according to standard operating procedures to meet or exceed established OPIs for customer on-time and accurate invoicing.
  • Assist in PO creation, receiving, work orders, payroll, and other reporting as required through SAP.
