We are seeking an experienced IT Operations and Digital Transformation Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT operations and a proven track record in driving digital transformation initiatives within service channel organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various teams, including Management, Product Development, Product Marketing, Training, Sales, Presales, and Enablement, to execute and enhance digital transformation strategies.
- Oversee IT operations to ensure seamless service delivery and optimal performance across digital platforms.
- Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement to support ongoing digital transformation efforts.
