Job description: As an intern, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day operations within our team, assisting end users with their issues and requests submitted in ServiceNow related to SharePoint Online. This includes performing content migration to SharePoint Online and providing consultation according to Manulife SharePoint Governance. Additionally, you will be expected to create or update how-to documentation related to SharePoint Online and other M365 platforms as needed. Throughout the internship, you will develop skills in SharePoint, and potentially in Power Automate and PowerApps based on your pace of learning, while enhancing your troubleshooting and analytics abilities.
