Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Toronto, ON
Salary: $15/hour

Our client is a leading insurance provider specializing in home and auto insurance. They are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Toronto, ON.
The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and policyholders. Responsibilities include answering phone calls, responding to emails, and assisting customers with policy inquiries and claims processing. You will also liaise with underwriters and adjusters to ensure prompt and accurate resolutions to customer issues.
Skills and Qualifications
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
– Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
– Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
