Incentive Mechanic

We are looking for a detail-oriented Incentive Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and repairing mechanical equipment in order to ensure optimal performance and safety. The Incentive Mechanic will also be tasked with troubleshooting equipment issues, maintaining accurate records of work performed, and participating in regular safety training.

Responsibilities:
– Inspect, test, and repair mechanical equipment
– Troubleshoot equipment issues and determine root cause of problems
– Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment
– Maintain accurate records of work performed
