Summary

This role will be responsible to assist in the strategy, development and execution of digital marketing initiatives using a campaign automation platform. These initiatives include search advertising (PPC), display advertising, social media advertising, conversion optimization, and more. What you’ll do:

  • Manage digital advertising campaigns on prominent marketing platforms (including Google Ads, Facebook)
  • Performance reporting with insights and optimization recommendations
  • Develop and continuously improve campaigns, with an eye for how data metrics work with and influence each other
  • Track and manage budget spending and ROI
  • Explore and recommend innovative and creative digital advertising solutions and tests
  • Identify and propose areas of opportunity to expand digital advertising business for current clients
  • Must be a team player who strives to do their role in helping a department excel, that is also comfortable working independently and taking ownership of their client accounts
  • Ensure implementation of best practice guidelines and follow company processes
  • Setup and ongoing optimization and management of campaigns for multiple clients
  • Analysis of campaign data and reporting on recommendations and strategy on a monthly basis, with the ability to prepare proactively for client meetings
  • Use Analytics & Google Tag Manager to track & report performance

The Specialist, Omni Marketing is responsible for the tactical agency brief, creative development, production and execution of the annual omni marketing calendar for their respective category of brands. The individual in this role will also support the overall team with special projects, merchandising tools and other administrative tasks. He/she works closely with various internal and external cross-functional teams to ensure a flawless 360-degree execution in the digital and physical space to ensure a frictionless shopping experience for our brands. This person will report to the Senior Manager, Omni Marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in the strategic development and deployment of annual omni marketing strategies and activities (coupons, in-store brand activations, displays/signage, mobile/digital/social media elements) for key retailers to support sales and marketing;
  • Work closely with Brand, Digital Shelf, Shopper Insights, Category Management, RGM to develop profitable and best-in-class omni marketing programs;
  • Plan and define the scope of work, develop a budget and timelines for all activities;
  • Serve as the contact for RGM & Brand to ensure execution of the programs developed for the brands within their respective categories;
  • Assure the liaison and communication for the various programs and activities with Brand, Sales & Commercial Strategy;
  • Identify and understand the different needs and strategies for specific banners in order to support customer-specific programs with the Sales team;
  • Support post-program evaluations for activities and make recommendations for optimization;
  • Support new product launches by building and executing strong marketing plans;

Requirements
