Noah Digital is looking to fill an SEO Specialist position, reporting to the VP of Client Success and Training, within our head office in Burlington Ontario. The candidate will collaborate with our digital marketing team in all stages of marketing campaigns. Your valuable contribution will help us provide quality services to our clients. The ideal candidate would have extensive experience in digital marketing, especially in SEO, content writing, and Social Media, as well as good at following directions. The ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment independently is a must.

Responsibilities
- Perform website audit, SEO audit, and marketing research on the competition
- Develop SEO, social media, and content strategies for Noah Digital and our clients
- Conduct keyword research to discover keyword opportunities and go after them
- Implement on-page SEO, local SEO, technical SEO, and link building by following best practices to drive search rankings and traffic
- Write blog posts, email marketing messages, and social media posts
- Manage social media accounts to increase social media exposure, engagement, and followers
- Prepare monthly report and analyze data to draw valuable insights
- Craft and deliver presentations with clarity and confidence.
Desired Skills & Expertise
- 3-5 years of SEO work experience is a must.
- Deep understanding of on-page SEO, off-page SEO, technical SEO, and local SEO.
- Keep up to date on new SEO methodologies and technologies, as well as Google algorithm update.
- Strong analytical capabilities to enable understanding of trends and opportunities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English is a must, native speaker preferred.
- Excellent SEO content writing skills.
- Proficient with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMRush, GSC, etc.

Who we’re looking for:
A strong communicator who is able to clearly understand clients requirements for development and communicate these requirements to the design and development team. Highly organized and structured in their approach, the digital account manager will work closely with the project manager to communicate client requests, while keeping all clients up to date with the progress of their project.
Key Responsibilities:
– Planning projects with clients and internal project management, design and development teams,
– Co-ordinating with project manager to ensure client requirements are understood and on schedule,
– Communicate with clients and keep them up to date regarding the status of their projects,
– Respond to new quote requests, RFPs to gather requirements for quotation,
– Present alpha and beta versions of projects to clients, gather feedback and communicate client requests to design and development team.
Qualifications:
– Familiarity with open source CMS systems such as WordPress, Open Cart, Magento,
– Basic understanding of mobile apps (trainable) and complex system development (trainable),
– Ability to write proposals and issue quotes, lead client presentations and negotiations.
Other Qualifications:
– Must possess excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills,
– Self-evident adaptability, a QUICK learner, tolerance for stress and ability to work to tight deadlines under minimal supervision,
– Proven ability to proactively identify, analyze, recommend and/or implement solutions for problems– Must exhibit a willingness to learn constantly and absorb new technical information.
