Job Description:
We are seeking a Quality Control Manager to oversee all aspects of quality control within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control systems and processes to ensure product compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure product quality and consistency
– Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify product defects, non-conformities, and areas for improvement
– Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
– Maintain and update quality control documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and inspection checklists
– Communicate quality standards and expectations to all staff and provide training as needed
– Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
– Manage and mentor quality control team members, providing support and direction as needed
– Collaborate with suppliers and external partners to ensure quality standards are met throughout the supply chain
– Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve quality control processes
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or related field
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control management within a manufacturing environment
– Strong knowledge of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001
– Excellent communication and leadership skills
– Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for process improvement
– Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners
– Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in quality control
