qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance
- Working knowledge of retail environment

- Proven track record of success in a high-volume recruiting role or talent acquisition role, having had responsibility for sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring for multiple positions concurrently

You will be accountable for understanding hiring needs across the organization.You are the main point of contact for the leaders and hiring managers, providing insights on market conditions and identifying opportunities to attract top talent. - Client Advisory and management – collaborate with the HRBP, hiring managers, group or organization leads, and key partners to understand unique business and talent needs.
- Candidate engagement and management – develop and execute sourcing plans to identify and recruit top talent, leading the candidate development process from identification and engagement to offer extension and closing
- Identify and coordinate recruitment/talent acquisition and networking events, based on careers and employer brand marketing activities (i.e. job fairs)
- Conduct behavioural and technical telephone and *in-person interviews to assess the candidate’s ability to succeed in open positions. (*Note: some interviews will need to be conducted onsite)
- Support management of relevant data systems, including candidate tracking and ad-hoc reporting requests
- Advise and guide hiring managers on recruitment best practices and participate in the selection of final candidates. Enforce the use of recruitment templates, evaluation grids and ensure the diversity and inclusion practices are adhered to and realized
- Strong written and oral communication skills necessary to effectively work with hiring managers, applicants and candidates
