Both domestically and internationally, Private Capital has been a major principal in some of the world’s most significant and complex private equity transactions (e.g., GFL, Princeton Digital, Traeger, Cushman & Wakefield, Amica Senior Living, HomeEquity Bank).You’ll be working with multiple sector teams, each consisting of 8-10 investment professionals to 1) provide strategic support to existing portfolio companies to help enhance their growth prospects, 2) support team members as they look to diligence and execute new investments and / or divest of current investments, 3) support team members in their research efforts to develop views/theses on investable sectors, companies, or trends of interest.
