Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers.
Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
– Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries
– Process orders, returns, and exchanges
– Resolve customer complaints and issues in a courteous and efficient manner
– Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1-2 years of customer service experience
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
– Experience in the retail industry is a plus
