Your efforts will play a substantial role in propelling Skip’s growth strategy forward.What’s On Your Plate:Develop strategies for data flow and integrations across various platformsDevelop and maintain documentation and diagrams to ensure clarity and alignment across internal stakeholdersCollaborate with data analysts and engineers to optimize data models and reporting toolsLead the integrations of various marketing tools and platforms, leading projects and teams from inception to completion. Ensuring timely delivery and alignment to objectivesEnsure seamless data exchange between internal systems and external marketing toolsCollaborate with external stakeholders and vendorsImplement best practices for security, versioning and management of all our tools, integrations and dataMaintain and optimize the existing marketing technology stack, ensuring all tools are effective and utilized to their full potentialDevelop and execute MarTech strategies that align with business goals and enhance experienceStay up to date on the latest trends and advancements in marketing technology and recommend improvementsRecipe for Success:Post Secondary degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science or related field and/or experiencePost-Graduate degree in Marketing, Data Analytics or Business IntelligenceAdvanced degrees or certifications are highly desirableOver 10+ years of proven experience within MarTech, with 5+ leading a team within this spaceProfound knowledge of the latest technologies, solutions and toolsExperience in developing and maintaining comprehensive marketing technology stacksExcellent problem solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issuesAbility to enhance experience through technologyDemonstrated leadership in managing teams, cross-functional teams and projects, fostering collaboration, innovation and data-informed decision making and cultureAmbitious, and knows how to work well alongside other high-performers while being eager to support teammatesReceptive to coaching and strives for constant self-improvementAble to understand and communicate data, insights and trends, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and influencing the decision-making processHighly organized; excels at planning and prioritizing tasksExperience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Braze, SQL, HTML, AMPScript, Google Suite, Google Analytics & Tableau.
