We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with a focus on enhancing digital brand awareness that leads to best in class user experience, brand recognition and customer acquisition.

You are:

A forward focused Digital Marketing Manager focused on planning, implementing, managing and monitoring all digital marketing projects/engagements including SEO/SEM, marketing technology, email, mobile, social media and display advertising campaigns. Reporting to VP, Marketing Strategy and working with Client Services and Creative Services Team, you will dive into planning and managing digital marketing projects to improve marketing results. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage: Plan and manage digital marketing projects including briefing, planning campaigns, analyzing metrics/trends and coordinating with client services and creative services to improve marketing results.  Manage and lead the marketing operations and marketing delivery technology stack, from client acquisition, through to delivery, including analytics.
  • Innovate: Apply their knowledge of growth marketing technology implementation to improve the usability, design, content, ranking and conversion of company website.
  • Analytics | Improve: Enhance digital brand awareness that leads to best-in-class user experience, brand recognition and customer acquisition.
  • Agile Delivery: Improve the usability, content, ranking and conversion of the client marketing initiatives including generating new leads, specifically marketing qualified leads (MQL), by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers).
  • Strategy: Oversee and influence the social media strategy by collaborating to create and oversee the social profile and presence, monitoring online conversations and sentiment and providing analytics and trends so that writers and content producers can develop custom content for those social channels.

Qualifications:

  • University or college degree in a field related to the role or a combination of education and related experience
  • Google Analytics and AdWords certifications
  • 5+ years’ digital marketing experience at an agency or B2B technology brand with proven examples of digital / social strategies and execution
  • Thorough knowledge of search ranking, optimization factors and key algorithm updates.
  • Deep proficiency in SEO optimization tools, Google and other web analytics, and keyword tools

Extra’s that will give you the edge:

  • Experience as an analyst with a strong understanding of trends and insights
  • Experience with content and email management tools, and marketing automation technology
  • Presentation skills – the ability to identify insights, trends, create compelling reports that impact decision making for marketing programming is important the way this is presented is key
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 (sales hub, marketing, etc.), Power Platform (Power BI, Apps, Automate, Virtual Agents) and related productivity apps, with deep knowledge of CRM and Lead Management tools (Dynamics 365, Hubspot, etc.).
  • Proactively remains current with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing, analytics and measurement.

The Marketing Communications Specialist is responsible for providing world-class marketing services for prospective and existing Academic Partners. General Responsibilities

  • Provides World Class Marketing Client Service Management by creating synergies with internal teams and Academic Partners which empowers the business to exceed objectives.

  • Works on the planning, implementation, development and or servicing of new marketing ideas for Academic Partners & internal teams.

  • Supports communications projects for various components of the marketing life cycle or services.

  • Participates in the development, execution and/or servicing of marketing objectives.

  • Prepares & presents materials/findings both internally and externally for the marketing communications area he or she supports.

  • Provides Academic Partner insights and strategies which help enable internal & external teams deliver results that exceed objectives.

  • Creates buy in from multiple constituents in a collaborative cross-functional environment.

  • Manage content marketing efforts for Academic Partner to support business strategies, overseeing the editorial calendar and content development process. Ensure content marketing efforts align with brand guidelines and deliver value to target audiences.

  • Consult with marketing segment leads and subject matter experts to identify topics, craft compelling messages, and translate to digital formats that reinforce Academic Partner’s expertise.

  • Partner with internal creatives services team, marketing segment leads, and freelancers/agencies to translate thought leadership messaging into a variety of formats (articles, videos, infographics) for owned channels.

  • Collaborate with teams to monitor overall website activity and content performance to evaluate engagement.

  • Contribute to media, social, email, and other marketing efforts, working collaboratively with marketing managers and external agencies to recommend and help develop content to support campaigns.

Qualifications

  • 4-year degree from an accredited institution in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or related field, OR appropriate combination of education and significant experience

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Marketing Account Management or Services

    • Experience in content marketing
    • Experience analyzing and developing marketing content, communications and visual strategies that support the brand
    • Experience working within and maintaining client identity standards across channels
    • Experience proofing marketing pieces including: letters, creative briefs, brochures, banners, outbound e-mails, etc.
