- Maintain a master list of product codes, pricing, and manufacturing costs, and collaborate with Marketing and the contracts organization to assess tenders, business opportunities, and financial viability.
- Manage corporate card requests, perform periodic audits, analyze and report on spending insights, billing discrepancies, and reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly reporting and analysis of budget vs. actual results, including identifying risks and offsets vs. budget for the Supply Chain Finance team, in compliance with J&J Worldwide policies.
- Ensure accurate financial accounting for sales, marketing, and functional department-related expenses, including completing account reconciliations. Adhere to SOX controls.
- Educate business partners on key finance areas as needed, such as Purchase Orders, cost elements to use, brand Profit & Loss statements, etc.
Qualifications
- You are a student in good standing and in the process of achieving or recently completing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Demonstrate leadership skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Possesses strong Microsoft computer and Excel skills, including financial modeling. SAP experience is a huge plus.
- Have a strong desire to learn about new technological solutions for financial reporting and accounting and lead projects to implement insights that can result in process efficiencies.
- Exhibit strong time-management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Be a dynamic teammate who is resourceful and inventive.
- Have the ability to present complex information and analysis in a concise manner.
- Be an effective communicator, with strong presentation and influencing skills.

Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 per year
Our client, a leading company in the healthcare industry, is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team in Toronto, ON. The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling general office duties.
Responsibilities:
– Manage and coordinate executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
– Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and correspondence
– Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
– Take minutes during meetings and distribute to team members
– Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
– Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
