  • Manage cross functional workflow with brand, shopper marketing, social and content teams to support CRM campaigns tied to key brand moments, innovation, and purpose-led initiatives.
  • Work closely with agency partner to manage process, procedure, deployment and reporting.
  • Measurement And Optimization- Building business and digital goals, feeding into development of the digital commerce learning plan, measurement, and data visualization plans, collaborating with agency partners and brand.

  • Lead the creative briefs, development, and execution of in-store scale programs in collaboration with shopper marketing.

  • Make sure that the refreshed Brand Visual Identity is being implemented across all touchpoints.
  • Bring to market the brand’s multi-year innovation pipeline and lead the process from understanding insights & demand, creating financial business cases & working with cross-functional teams on deployment plans.
  • Own category, competitive and customer tracking and analysis, bringing insights back to react against and inform brand strategy and tactics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across the Knorr brand community, category business teams, US & global teams, cross functional teams, and agency partners; identify and mobilize needed resources to accomplish brand/project goals.
  • Manage the marketing budget, enabling the brand to get the most out of its resources and meet financial targets.

  • 3+ years marketing experience, preferably CPG
