Endy is looking for a Marketing Copywriter who can deliver effective messaging that communicates to existing customers and drives new customer acquisition. As our Marketing Copywriter, you will create compelling copy for various channels that is clear and meaningful from ideation to execution. What you’ll do

    • Work with the Brand Growth team to create end-to-end performance-based messaging for all product offers or brand campaigns with the goal of triggering conversions and increasing brand loyalty
    • Develop best-in-class messaging for a variety of touchpoints – including digital ads, email, onsite, OOH, retail packaging, blog, and more
    • Develop a deep understanding of our products and audience to create compelling and creative ways to generate interest
    • Create content for marketing projects, aligning brand voice and brand messaging with the appropriate channel
    • Monitor content on all channels to ensure brand consistency and compliance with editorial standards and content best practices
    • Provide an insightful perspective on communication trends that are current, relevant, and unique
    • Use marketing insights and analytics to track, test, and optimize current content and develop new ideas that drive results
    • Manage English to French Canadian translation process
    • Assist with additional content and copywriting needs as required

Who you are

    • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment developing compelling copy for marketing campaigns
    • Degree in Communications, Journalism, Advertising or other related field
    • Ability to quickly develop an understanding of Endy, our ethos and visual identity, and have good judgment as to what makes good Endy messaging and what doesn’t
    • A thirst for Endy’s competitive communication approach–being on the lookout for ways to highlight our competitive edge
    • Ability to manage ambiguity, work calmly under pressure, solve problems efficiently, proactively manage own time, and meet tight deadlines
    • Self-driven, organized, detail-oriented, and able to quickly turn around creative concepts in an iterative environment
    • Retail and/or e-commerce short-form copywriting experience
    • Proven ability to work cross-team, lead the creation of original concepts, and synthesize feedback and input from stakeholders
    • Strong team player, approachable, and supportive
    • Understand testing and performance data; translate learnings into strategies
    • Strategic thinker who bridges digital and user experiences to create content that drives results

Position Description

We are looking for a marketing and communications leader to lead our marketing and communications team. We are committed to building a global network, and this leader will be key in helping us meet our goal. This is an opportunity to play a critical role in changing the face of technology and lead a passionate team of marketing and communications professionals.

This is a strategic, yet tactical leadership role that oversees the marketing department of BPTN. In this role you will be responsible for the overall development, integration, and implementation of the company’s marketing strategy, along with a broad range of marketing programs that support strategic organizational initiatives, including launch plans for products and strategic initiatives, stewardship over BPTN’s corporate website and community platform, PR & communications and fostering relationships with key stakeholders to ensure global reach. This leader will provide strategic oversight for marketing communications through the development of our member growth strategy, membership engagement and customer acquisition.

Core responsibilities

– Design, develop and execute the marketing and communications strategy for the organization.
– Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team, including managing the day-to-day activities of the department including the development and monitoring of team KPIs.
– Establish a web strategy that creates cohesion among our web properties and a consistent brand experience
– Oversee BPTN’s growth marketing acquisition to deliver growth at scale leveraging paid and organic channels such as: partnerships, social media, website, SEO/SEM and new uncharted territories.
– Monitoring and analyzing all online metrics for performance data, as well as provide actionable plans for Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
– Develop a multi-channel strategy that encompasses both inbound and outbound marketing to drive member and client (partner) acquisition
– Develop persona-based user journeys to deliver relevant experiences across digital properties, leveraging marketing automation to move visitors through the funnel and drive engagement depending on the audience segment
– Ensure there is a carefully thought-out launch plan, flawlessly executed, for all major product releases and events
– Bring best practices in B2B, B2C, and SaaS marketing to the table.
– Use data to analyze our marketing efforts and prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the Executive Leadership Team.
– Design, research, and lead execution of growth strategy for new user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention in a scalable and efficient way.
– Partner closely with the Head of Sales to build campaigns and solutions that drive business growth.
– Lead rapid, iterative experimentation of new channels, campaigns, creative, incentives, and approaches for the purpose of building scalable programs
– Leverage data analytics and insights from current user data to continually improve the ways we think about marketing attribution, segmentation, experimentation (A/B testing) and marketing strategies.
– Creating advertising campaigns through affiliate websites and online advertising tools.
– Be an internal thought leader; taking part in shaping the future of performance marketing roles.

Required Skills:

– 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, 6+ years in a leadership role, developing high performing talent
– Experienced Marketer in tech-start-up environments; with a keen ability to take risks and learn
– First-hand experience with digital media planning and buying across digital and social
– Experienced building robust marketing and communications strategies with emphasis in software company.
– Intermediate to advanced experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and CRM
– Proven experience with marketing automation tools, preferably the Hubspot Marketing Hub, CMS Hub and Sales Hub.
