Job Summary:

We are seeking an Equipment Rental Specialist to join our team in Greater Sudbury, Ontario. The primary function of the Equipment Rental Specialist is to provide customers with expert advice on equipment selection, operation, and maintenance. The Equipment Rental Specialist will also assist customers with rental agreements, billing inquiries, and equipment returns.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with equipment selection and provide expert advice on operation and maintenance
• Prepare rental agreements and ensure accurate billing
• Assist customers with equipment returns and resolve any issues or concerns
• Perform equipment inspections and maintenance as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized rental area
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or equipment rental is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
