Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Mississauga, ON

Type: Full Time

Salary: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour

Our client, a leading financial services company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Mississauga, ON. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer service role and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

– Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Provide assistance and information to customers regarding products and services
– Process orders, returns, and exchanges
– Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
– Identify and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments
– Contribute to team goals and objectives
– Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Good organizational skills and attention to detail
– Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
