Job Description

Our company is looking for a customer service representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support to our customers by answering their inquiries, resolving complaints, and processing orders. The candidate must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
