Future Faces of Healthcare is an internship program founded in 2020 by healthcare professionals who identify as immigrants and people of colour. The program aims to improve equity for BIPOC students interested in health care entrepreneurship. They are currently looking for two interns who will work on projects to improve physiotherapy and rehabilitation accessibility for people of colour. The interns will receive a scholarship, access to mentorship and educational events, and will work closely with the Foundation Physiotherapy team to address gaps in accessing high-quality rehabilitation services for marginalized communities. The program is seeking students who are self-directed, passionate about making a change in healthcare, and aspire to become entrepreneurs and leaders of change.
