Summary

Noah Digital is looking to fill a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist, reporting to the VP of Client Success and Training, position within our head office in Burlington Ontario. The candidate will collaborate with our digital marketing team in all stages of marketing campaigns. Your valuable contribution will help us provide quality services to our clients. The ideal candidate would have a solid knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and PPC, and good at following directions. The ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment independently is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Perform website audit, SEO audit, and marketing research on the competition
  • Write blog posts and email marketing messages, and prepare social media posting
  • Work on SEO tasks such as on-page SEO, technical SEO, and link building
  • Prepare monthly report and analyze data to draw valuable insights
  • Keep current with SEO, search engine, social media and digital marketing industry trends and development
  • Coordinate with other team members on various projects
  • Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks


Desired Skills & Expertise

  • 3-5 years of digital marketing experience
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO tools, and best practices
  • Proficiency with MS Office, HTML, CSS, WordPress, and basic programming skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English is a must

About the Role*
The VP of Marketing is responsible for all marketing across eCivis and Questica. The VP of marketing will hire and develop talent, develop and execute marketing strategy through a marketing team, develop and manage the marketing budget, and work with other key senior executives to meet short-and long-term growth goals.

Responsibilities*

  • Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase drive sales and build brand awareness
  • Set current and long-term goals for internal teams
  • Design, review and optimize the Marketing budget
  • Monitor all marketing campaigns and improve them when necessary
  • Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the CEO
  • Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth
  • Build relationships with media and stakeholders through creative PR strategies
  • Provide guidance and ideas to organize effective marketing events
  • Forecast hiring needs for the Marketing department

Qualifications

  • At least 15+ years of overall experience with 5+ years leading digital marketing. Prior experience working in US State and Local Govtech experience preferred.
  • Experience and examples of building, executing, and measuring a successful marketing strategy to achieve $50M+ ARR
  • Proven success in building and leading teams, creating great brands, driving revenue success and leading business transformation.
  • Solid grasp of best-in-class marketing principles in content marketing, customer marketing, demand generation, and product marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong attention to detail.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience. MA/MS preferred
  • Remote working experience
  • Proficient in the following tools: HubSpot, Pardot, Salesforce, Hootsuite, Airtable, Slack, MS Office Products
