Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Manager, Digital Marketing Automation, the Digital Marketing Manager supports and maintains efficient operations across Fidelity Investment Canada’s marketing automation and sales enablement platforms, in addition to other initiatives.
What You Will Do:
Marketing automation and sales enablement support:
Set up and execute marketing automation campaigns, including events, webcasts and other email campaigns
Support the sales enablement efforts to help with engaging clients and prospects throughout the buyer’s journey
Collaborate with internal and external partners to optimize marketing operations
Collaborate with internal teams to create emails, landing pages, set up A/B and multivariate tests in order to optimize the user experience
Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Database Management, content production and campaign execution:
Support the production of digital communications, documents and campaigns.
Work closely with IT to ensure that client and prospect data is organized
Ensure that all performance data received is inputted into the database to deliver on deadlines
End-to-end campaign support including design, development, launch, and tracking
Automate content production and campaigns
Marketing effectiveness measurement and reporting:
Track campaign metrics, website content and other digital metrics to improve performance and align Marketing and Sales
Report on content, campaign and sales enablement analytics to inform strategies and tactics
Identify and scale opportunities to improve email open rates, click through rates and form fill conversions
Focus on continual optimization through A/B and multivariate testing
Develop regular reporting on campaign performance and conduct post mortem analysis
Automation, A.I. and digital subject matter expert:
Bring a wide range of digital expertise to projects in areas such as automation and A.I.
Work with internal technology partners to find innovative solutions to business problems
Collaborate with partners such as Sales, Business Analytics, Finance and IT to build business cases for initiatives
Define and write business requirements for new projects and initiatives, providing sign-off as needed
Conduct ongoing research into digital trends in the industry to ensure Fidelity Canada is pursuing a market-leading digital strategy
What We Are Looking For:
4-year university degree, preferably with a Bachelor’s of Commerce Degree, majoring in Marketing Management
5+ years of digital marketing, marketing automation or marketing operations experience
Understanding of marketing automation and CRMs (e.g. Marketo and Salesforce) is required
5+ years’ experience in the Wealth Management /Financial Services industry is highly desirable but not required
Licenses (PMP, Marketo Certification, etc.) are considered an asset
Experience in the SaaS-based technology sector is highly desirable
Understanding of sales enablement processes, initiatives and tools such as Seismic is highly desired
Prior development or coding experience (i.e. HTML) is an asset

Please Note:
Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings.
Given the current circumstances, employee will be working from home, 100% of time. As working conditions return to normal, they will shift to a hybrid working arrangement.
