Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience driving and developing/building a digital marketing or enterprise software book of business.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in building relationships at executive-levels and with managing a book of business with business pipeline management.
- Experience with the AdTech/MarTech ecosystem, with an understanding of how technology platforms integrate with media buying tools (e.g., Google Ads/Programmatic).
- Knowledge of Partner ecosystems, goals for its growth, and commitment to advance Google’s strategies within the marketplace.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage engaging priorities, and demonstrate strategic and analytics business approaches.
- Ability to influence both internally and externally.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

In this role, you will lead transformational partners in the industry, enabling them to grow Google’s ad tech and media solutions. You’ll be a key contributing member of the Canada Platforms Partner Development team, and influence partner strategy at the country level. Operationally, you work cross-functionally to maximize opportunities for Partners, expanding the impact of their solutions.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We advise clients on Google’s broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with a team to drive Google Marketing Platform adoption and relationships with our Partners.
- Develop and maintain trusted advisor status with C-level stakeholders, demonstrating excellent stakeholder management across regional and global client teams.
- Engage with cross-functional talent to deliver insights, ideas, and drive client transformation.
- Build and maintain knowledge of the Google Marketing Platform, Advanced Analytics powered by Google Cloud technology, and participant suites in AdTech/MarTech.
