As the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing, Cloud Content you are our Digital Advocate and will be responsible for developing the strategies, frameworks and processes to engage business customers and support them throughout their lifecycle with relevant, value-added content. There will be a specific focus on story telling around the experience that a Bell Business customer will have as a user of our Cloud Marketplace – products and solutions; what their digital engagement journey looks like, what can they expect as they are on-boarded, require support, and ongoing review & management of their service. Additionally, there will be an educational component as new capabilities to support existing customers are introduced to facilitate adoption, use and feedback.

This is a high-visibility and cross-functional role. You will be working collaboratively with senior leaders across the organization including marketing, customer experience, service delivery and support.

Responsibilities

  • Develop content strategy to successfully engage and educate our existing and prospective customers about our Cloud Marketplace and the world class service and support that Bell Business Markets offers their customers
  • Oversee the planning and successful execution of content assets including but not limited to; web, social, video, white papers, eBooks, sales collateral, etc.
  • Lead and develop a high performing team of content developers and engage a portfolio of agencies
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on; customer engagement, service & sales team feedback, internal subject matter experts and external partners and influencers
  • Enhance our Bell Business Markets story to the Canadian Marketplace by infusing our Cloud Marketplace and Service & Support story into the way we speak about all of our products/solutions
  • Design, communicate and effectively execute our Cloud Marketplace and Service Support story, including internal socialization to ensure the appropriate level of buy-in
  • Ensure the right resources, processes and platforms are in place to deliver on objectives with speed and accuracy
  • Create a culture of learning – conduct regular performance and ROI analysis to understand effectiveness of strategy, and make continuous improvements
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for simplification, cost reduction and improvement
  • Support professional performance KPIs and career growth plans for individuals on your team

Skills & competencies

  • A proven leader who is committed to motivate, grow and develop a high performing team
  • Exceptional business acumen to develop Digital content strategies, conduct assessments of resources & tools, and establish new ways of working and telling our story
  • Excellent B2B technical writing skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a simple and concise manner, and influence key stakeholders
  • Results oriented with experience establishing metrics, KPIs and accountability to ensure successful outcomes across multiple disciplines
  • Team player with high energy and strong interpersonal skills
  • An experienced change agent who leads with enthusiasm and influence – you find creative ways to get things done, experiment and pivot as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • University degree in English/Marketing Communications or Business, Masters or Professional Designation is an asset
  • Previous B2B telecommunications experience is preferable
  • 5+ years experience in the production of digital marketing content and sales collateral to support lifecycle marketing
  • Minimum 5 years of increasing responsibility in leading digital content teams, as well as stakeholder engagement, alignment and approval
