Job Description:

As the Travel Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries for executives and employees within the organization. This includes booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, as well as ensuring all travel documents and visas are in order. You will be expected to maintain accurate records of travel expenses, manage travel budgets, and negotiate corporate rates with travel suppliers. Additionally, you will handle any changes or cancellations to travel plans and provide support to travelers during their trips. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and possess a solid understanding of travel booking systems and procedures. Experience in a similar role and proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel management software is preferred.
