Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
– Prospect potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other methods
– Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide the best solution
– Present products and services to clients in a compelling manner
– Negotiate and close sales deals
– Keep detailed records of sales activities and progress
– Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and goals
Qualifications:
– Previous sales experience preferred but not required
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to build relationships and connect with clients
– Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
– Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
– Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
– Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
