The Change Manager in Vancouver, BC is responsible for leading and providing expertise to facilitate complex organizational change initiatives and transformation. They report directly to the Project Manager.
Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task effectively.
Responsibilities:
– Manage all incoming calls, emails, and mail correspondence
– Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
– Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations
– Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
– Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed
– Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff
– Assist with event planning and coordination
– Perform any other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
